What you will do

1. Oversee the management of domains, DNS, and name server configurations (Namecheap, Cloudflare).
2. Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, including GCP CloudSQL, WordPress, and OpenEMR VMs.
3. Implement and enforce robust cybersecurity measures, including access controls, virtual networks, and secure file sharing.
4. Manage productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, and Mailchimp, ensuring seamless integration and user support.
5. Lead the integration of disparate systems into a unified and efficient ecosystem, supporting migrations as needed.
6. Design and enforce security policies across platforms, ensuring compliance and resilience.
7. Provide strategic oversight for system performance, scalability, and reliability.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address technical requirements and operational challenges.

Must haves

1. 5+ years of experience in IT systems administration, cloud management, and security.
2. Proficiency in platforms like GCP, Cloudflare, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
3. Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
4. Proven experience in system integration and workflow optimization.
5. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zoho Desk, Tovuti, Stripe, and Doxy.me.
6. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
7. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to haves

1. Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, Microsoft Azure).
2. Knowledge of LMS platforms and telehealth systems.
