We’re looking for a Head of Technical to lead our paper Quality Control (QC) and Research & Development (R&D) initiatives at Pindo Deli Pulp & Paper in Karawang, Indonesia, which is part of one of the world’s leading producers of pulp and paper, Asia Pulp & Paper (APP).

What You’ll Do:

  1. Oversee Quality Systems: Manage QC operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and systems.
  2. Drive Innovation: Lead product development efforts.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, versatile, and hands-on as you are responsible for leading and developing a team of skilled engineers, helping with design, implementation, and delivering state-of-the-art (iOS and Android) mobile experiences.
