Responsibilities and duties:
- Maintain equipment in perfect working condition by performing priority service, technical maintenance, general cleaning, overseeing third-party solutions when outside our scope, conducting frequent tests and inspections on security devices, ensuring visual appearance, lighting, and administrative tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform operational support on PCs, including replenishing supplies, replacing consumables, configuring software, and verifying proper functioning. Oversee third-party repairs and maintain visual communication updates at the point of service.
- Ensure vehicle maintenance (car/motorcycle) complies with technical specifications and safety standards, adhering to traffic laws and PPE requirements.
- Conduct security inspections and periodic testing of PCs, repairing security assets as per current norms and procedures.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance of ATMs, check air conditioning operation, oversee third-party maintenance for doors, accessories, locks, lamps, intercoms, fans, etc. Inspect electrical and logical infrastructure, supervise service providers, and ensure security devices are operational.
- Train new Operation Assistants, imparting knowledge, norms, and practices to enable full role development.
Requirements and qualifications:
- High school diploma completed.
- Knowledge of computer maintenance (hardware and software).
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
