Auxiliar Administrativo – PCD – Salvador – Intermaritima
Requisito:
Join to apply for the Auxiliar Administrativo - PCD role at Intermarítima Portos e Logística S.A.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule occupational health exams at accredited clinics (admission, periodic, role change, return, and termination);
- Record exam information in the system and send mandatory data to e-Social;
- Maintain and update control spreadsheets with exam scheduling and expiration dates to ensure legal compliance;
- Send Occupational Health Reports (ASOs) to responsible departments for signatures;
- Schedule medical exams directly with health providers (Santa Helena, Hapvida) and monitor the process with managers until completion.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of management systems such as Datasul and e-Social platforms;
- Organization and punctuality;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in administrative routines in occupational health or HR is a plus;
- This position is exclusive for PCD candidates.
