Job Description – Junior Lawyer
- Responsibilities and duties:
- Assist the 58 clinics with cadastral changes of partners, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Verify the validity and authenticity of partner signatures, ensuring document legality.
- Draft and review contracts, partnership agreements, and other legal documents related to cadastral changes and holding company formation.
- Prepare and review budgets, reports, and other documents necessary for cadastral change processes.
- Requirements and qualifications:
- Law degree.
- Proficiency in Office Suite.
- Knowledge of legal management software (desirable).
- Interpersonal skills, good writing, communication, prioritization ability, adaptability, and resilience.
