What You Will Do
As Founder Associate , you will work directly with our CEO and act as a force multiplier across strategy, growth, project execution, operations, and fundraising . You will take full ownership of strategic initiatives , from definition to execution, and ensure that the most important projects move fast and deliver impact.
On a typical day, you may:
- Lead high-impact strategic projects end-to-end with full ownership, such as new market entries, launch of new products, or strategic partnerships
- Own project management for cross-functional initiatives, including scoping, timelines, stakeholder alignment, execution tracking, and delivery
- Drive cross-functional programs across product, tech, growth, operations, and external partners
- Support enterprise clients and strategic partners , including preparation of proposals, business cases, and pilots
- Prepare board- and investor-ready presentations, decision memos, KPIs, and performance reports
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and investor research to support strategic decisions and positioning
- Improve and scale internal processes and workflows , leveraging automation and AI where possible
- Support fundraising and investor relations , including pitch materials, data rooms, investor outreach, and follow-ups
- Act as a sparring partner to the CEO , helping prioritize initiatives, challenge assumptions, and execute across multiple workstreams simultaneously
Who You Are
You are a high-ownership, execution-focused strategic generalist who enjoys operating close to decision-making and turning strategy into results.
Your profile likely includes:
- A degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Medicine , or a similarly analytical field
- 1–3 years of high-impact professional experience , e.g. in management consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, Big Tech, health-tech, or an early-stage venture-backed startup
- Demonstrated experience in project management , owning complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders from planning to execution
- A clear track record of leading strategic projects under full ownership , such as new market entries, international expansion, or go-to-market initiatives
- Strong analytical and structured thinking , with the ability to turn complex problems into clear, actionable plans
- Proven ability to work directly with C-level executives , driving initiatives with measurable impact
- High degree of autonomy and accountability – you proactively identify problems and deliver solutions
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments with shifting priorities
- Known for being reliable, persistent, and outcome-driven , with a strong bias toward execution
