Solutions Engineer ( Brazil ) – Salvador – Windey Energy

Mission:
Understand the technical needs of our clients in Brazil and match them with Windey’s cutting-edge solutions in renewable energy – focusing on wind, solar, storage, and other technologies in our portfolio.
Qualifications:
·Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
·Bachelor’s Degree in Energy or Engineering, or a related technical field.
·3+ years' of experience in energy sector.
·Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
·Strong project management skills with the ability to track contract and projects requirements for multiple projects in diverse areas.
·Ownership, autonomy, and organization.
Responsibilities:
·Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
·Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
·Support market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
·Support the sales team with technical and strategic input during negotiations and project closure.
·Evaluate technical requirements and propose viable, competitive solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
·Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders, presenting technical and commercial proposals effectively.
·Collaborate with teams in Brazil and China across multiple technical Business Units.

Desire Cities in Brazil: Salvador, São Paulo or Fortaleza.
