Job Description

A SolMirandaRH, in partnership with a life insurance company, is hiring for the position of Atendimento - Call Center PJ. Benefits include salary to be negotiated, transportation voucher, and a meal voucher of R$20.00 per day.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Seek medical authorization for plan beneficiaries.
  • Handle inquiries via WhatsApp.
  • Receive medical requests.
  • Address and resolve customer doubts, complaints, and requests by phone and other communication channels.
  • Record and update customer information.
  • Properly direct customer demands to responsible departments.
  • Provide technical support and assist customers in resolving issues.
  • Identify sales opportunities and promote additional products and services.
  • Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction, resolving demands promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct satisfaction surveys and evaluate service quality.
  • Work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experiences to improve service efficiency.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and policies.
  • Perform administrative activities related to customer service, such as filling out reports and records.
  • Minimum Requirements

    • Previous experience in customer service.
    • Experience in medical authorization release (preferred).
    • Verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations.
    • Basic computer knowledge.
    • Organization and multitasking skills.
    • Empathy and patience.
    • Efficient problem-solving abilities.
