ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will play a critical role in shaping a cloud-based platform that is redefining how life insurance products are built, delivered, and experienced digitally. You’ll influence core product evolution, balancing front-end excellence with scalable backend design in a remote, agile environment. This role offers high ownership, close collaboration with product leadership, and the chance to grow within a mission-driven, fast-evolving engineering team using modern full stack practices.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Work on the development of features that optimize main products and platform;
• Build production quality software that will be part of core products and platform;
• Work in an agile team closely collaborating with other software engineers and a product manager;
• Work in a remote environment.

MUST HAVES

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field </b> ;
• 6+ years of experience writing production-quality code , ideally on core software product development (not only professional services or implementation projects);
• Solid experience with back end frameworks ( NodeJS, Golang, .NET OR Java </b> );
• Familiarity with TypeScript </b> ;
• Front-end experience with JavaScript Frameworks ( React, Angular OR Vue </b> );
• Experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle or Postgres </b> ;
• Experience working with 3rd party software integrations ( REST APIs, XML, JSON </b> );
• Experience with Cloud services, caching, containers, App Servers ( AWS, Docker, Redis, Kubernetes etc.);
• Experience with Test Driven Development </b> ;
• Flexibility to work with a strong overlap with Pacific Time Zone hours ;
• Upper-intermediate English level .
