Remote (LATAM). Salary Range: $1,800 – $2,500 USD / month.

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Controller to lead accounting operations across our client base. At our company we serve some of the most exciting names in tech and fintech, and your role will be key to making sure the numbers stay clean, clear, and compliant. Key responsibilities

• Own full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks (AR, AP, reconciliations, billing, etc.).
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Collaborate with our Head of Accounting Ops to prepare financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards and best practices.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on finance-accounting experience.
• Expert in QuickBooks and familiar with other accounting tools.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and workflows.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Previous experience in client-facing or startup environments.
• Tech-savvy and confident navigating remote collaboration tools.
