The Opportunity

• Integrate directly into client teams and collaborate with designers and engineers on a daily basis.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four‑year college degree is required.
• Proven experience working with Python and Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI.
• Experience using AI engineering tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, or similar systems.
• Ability to prompt, guide, and review AI‑generated code, ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑assisted or agentic development workflows.
• Experience implementing code agents to automate or facilitate software engineering tasks.
• Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
• Experience creating and maintaining continuous integration and delivery of applications.
• Forensic attention to detail.
• A positive mindset and a can‑do attitude.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
• Extreme ownership over your work.
• Alignment with FullStack’s client goals.
• Consistency with 40 hours per week.
