The responsibilities include:

Executing activities related to the commercial area, such as preparing public, mixed economy, and private bids, including budgeting, qualification, participation in face-to-face and electronic bidding processes, among other modalities and activities that precede and follow the bidding procedures; updating company documentation necessary for technical, legal, financial, and accounting qualification;
Supporting administrative activities to ensure compliance of technical, legal, financial, and accounting documentation required for the commercial process, such as Federal, State, Municipal certificates, and activities related to CREA, CAU, and CFT;
Registering on portals of public, private, and mixed economy clients;
Supporting activities related to advertising, including website updates, social media, and marketing.

Knowledge Certification

Experience in preparing bidding processes (New Bidding Law);
Experience in preparing service budgets;
Experience in price composition and BDI;
Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel;
Desirable experience in price composition for engineering projects and services.
