What you will do

1. Build and optimize features for job seeker-related frontend services, including onboarding, career discovery, and mobile profile management.
2. Port features from iOS to Android using shared examples.
3. Develop and enhance user-facing components in the Job Seeker Journey, including SEO-driven pages and premium product features.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between web views and native platforms.
5. Leverage Jetpack Compose and GraphQL for efficient and dynamic API interactions.

Must haves

1. 3+ years of experience in Android Development experience – understanding of core system services like strings, dates, networking, and threading.
2. Proficiency in Jetpack Compose or XML Layouts for creating native Android user interfaces.
3. Experience with Mobile backend integration and RESTful APIs.
4. Expertise in automated and unit testing.
5. Experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
6. Knowledge of App Store deployment and compliance standards.
7. Experience working with software development kits (SDKs).

Nice to haves

1. Experience with React Native or Kotlin including syntax, data structures (arrays, dictionaries, sets), control flow (if/else, loops), optionals, closures, error handling, and Swift concurrency.
2. Android Development experience – Understanding of core system services like strings, dates, networking, and threading.
