Job Details
- Salary: To be negotiated
- Initial Salary: R$ 1.900,00, increasing to R$ 2.050,00 after 90 days
- Benefits: Vale-Transporte, Vale-Refeição (R$ 25,00/day), fully covered Dental Plan
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30 (weekends off)
Qualifications
- In progress higher education in Accounting or related fields
- At least 6 months experience in an accounting office
- Knowledge of Alterdata system is a plus
Responsibilities
- Data entry in accounting systems (invoices, payments, receipts)
- Deadline management and follow-up on pending issues
- Bank reconciliation
- Support in preparing financial statements, DRE, and other reports
- Filling out declarations
- Document organization and archiving
