Assistente De Desembaraço De Exportação – Salvador – General Tradeways

Job Description: Export Assistant

Join our team in a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare documents related to customs clearance for export in air, sea, and road modalities.
2. Analyze and verify documents such as invoices, packing lists, invoices, commodity descriptions, and fiscal classification.
3. Issue documents like Certificate of Origin, Origin Declaration (for MERCOSUL / Aladi agreements), Draft BL and AWB, DUE, DUE rectifications, and attach documents to the electronic dossier.
4. Conduct daily follow-up via email and online, monitor shipments, and communicate with freight agents, shipping companies, transporters, terminals, customs brokers, couriers, and other stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with government agencies, trade associations, and clients.

Specific Knowledge:

• i_Broker system, Siscomex Carga, Portal Único Siscomex, FazComex
• Customs regulations, Incoterms, Rules of Origin for certificate issuance

Role Responsibilities:

Maintain daily follow-up, monitor shipments, and communicate with various partners and authorities as listed above.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 12 months of proven experience in export routines
• Intermediate proficiency in Office Suite and Google Drive
• Residency in the Campinas region
