Job Details
- Salary: R$ 1.900,00 (initial), R$ 2.050,00 (after 90 days)
- Benefits: Vale-Transporte, Vale-Refeição R$ 25,00/day, Plano Odontológico (company-paid)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30
Qualifications
- Ongoing higher education in Accounting or related fields
- Minimum 6 months experience in an accounting office
- Knowledge of Alterdata system is a plus
Responsibilities
- Accounting entries in systems (invoices, payments, receipts)
- Deadline management and follow-up of pending items
- Bank reconciliation
- Supporting the preparation of financial statements, DRE, and other reports
- Filling out declarations
- Organization and archiving of documents
