Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform pre-customer service, verifying requests and needs, researching in the system, informing the sale price, feasibility of service quantity, or other information, and, when necessary, forwarding to other sales staff, aiming to assist the area in routine cases.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Complete high school education.
• Experience in customer service or sales (in person or by phone).
• Desirable knowledge in the auto parts industry.
