The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers.
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
Develop market strategies by researching high-potential prospects.
Support the sales team with technical and strategic input during negotiations and project closures.
Evaluate technical requirements and propose viable, competitive solutions with engineering and product teams.
Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders, presenting technical and commercial proposals.
Develop technical and economic feasibility analyses for BESS projects.
Monitor market trends, emerging technologies, and regulations.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams for strategic positioning.
Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, and technical documentation.
Lead or support technical presentations and training sessions for clients and partners.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Energy, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
3+ years of sales or account management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects across diverse areas.
