Job Details

• Salary: To be negotiated
• Location: BR 324, Salvador - BA
• Benefits: Vale transporte (R$ 11,20/dia), Vale refeição (R$ 16,00/dia), Comissão (0,80% to 1% depending on the product)
• Work Hours: 44 hours/week, Monday to Friday 7:30-17:00, Saturday 7:30-12:00

Responsibilities

1. Perform active sales of available products via telephone and in person, with 80% of the contacts by phone.
2. Make the required number of active calls.
3. Actively pursue meeting sales targets.
4. Manage and report on your sales portfolio.

Additional Information

The candidate will initially receive a client portfolio from the company, and will build their own portfolio with provided and new clients. They will also be responsible for maintaining and presenting reports on their portfolio.

Requirements

• Complete High School education
• Desirable: Ongoing or completed higher education
• Proven experience in sales
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Experience in active telephone sales is essential
• Clear, confident, and mature communication skills
• Desirable: Knowledge of the tire and auto repair market
