Job Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes, ensuring quality and presentation
- Work collaboratively in the kitchen following hygiene and safety standards
- Follow recipes and established standards for cooking and presentation
- Assist in menu development with ideas and suggestions

- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and utensils

- Prepare doughs (like ravioli, fettuccine, gnocchi), sauces, and sides, ensuring authentic taste and quality
- Develop technical sheets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in professional kitchens
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation
- Ability to work in a team
- Skill in following recipes and presentation standards
- Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt recipes and create new dishes
- Degree in Gastronomy or related field
