About the Role:
We’re looking for aCRM Specialist with KlaviyoandSMS Marketingexpertise to join our dynamic e-commerce team. You will be crucial in developing and refining customer engagement strategies through precise segmentation, tailored campaigns, and data-driven insights.
This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimizeKlaviyo campaigns, including email automations, triggered flows, and reporting.
- Build and refine customer segments to ensure targeted communication and high conversion rates.
- DriveSMS Marketing campaigns throughAttentive (experience in this area is essential).
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain high attention to detail in all CRM-related tasks and adapt to shifting priorities quickly.
Must Have:
- Proven experience working withKlaviyo andCRM systems .
- Experience withAttentive forSMS marketing campaigns (a must).
- Strong track record insegment building and audience targeting.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- High attention to detail and a proactive, responsive approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage CRM responsibilities end-to-end.
