We are seeking an Especialista de Projetos Criativos to join our creative team. This role goes beyond production: it requires transforming strategic concepts into visual and narrative deliverables that are innovative, consistent, and aligned with the brand's purpose.

The person in this role will act as a connector between internal teams, creators, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring that our campaigns and content are produced with excellence, creativity, and coherence across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. Participate in the conceptualization of campaigns, brands, and communication projects, linking strategy and creation.
2. Lead creative supervision of content, validating visual identities, narrative lines, and campaign assets across multiple channels based on established strategy.
3. Ensure project execution meets quality standards, deadlines, and deliverables.
4. Propose continuous improvements and innovations in content and campaign production processes.
5. Define and manage efficient review and approval workflows.
6. Actively participate in brainstorming and creative sessions with the Creation and Marketing teams.
7. Plan, coordinate, and oversee photoshoots and audiovisual productions (pre, during, and post-production).
8. Handle budgets, quotes, and negotiations with agencies, production companies, and suppliers.
9. Manage contracts, payments, and relationships with production partners.
10. Oversee the creative inventory (items, products, equipment), always seeking innovation and resource optimization.
11. Provide technical guidance to internal and external creative teams, fostering their development and technical quality.

1. Experience in creative production and project coordination for brands.
2. Strong aesthetic sense, storytelling skills, and production excellence.
3. Ability to connect brand strategy with impactful creative execution.
4. Highly organized, capable of managing schedules, deliverables, and diverse stakeholders.
5. Experience managing suppliers, negotiations, and planning audiovisual productions.
6. Collaborative and adaptable team player.
7. Basic technical knowledge in photography, audiovisual, art direction, and branding is a plus.
