What You’ll Do
Design and develop responsive, visually engaging websites in Webflow and WordPress.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and full website designs that align with user needs and client goals.
Translate approved designs into fully-built, functional websites using Webflow or WordPress.
Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure flawless execution.
Ensure all designs follow UX / UI best practices, accessibility standards, and performance guidelines.
Customize, refine, and optimize websites based on client feedback.
Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, tools, and new Webflow / WordPress capabilities.
Troubleshoot design-related issues and ensure smooth handoff and deployment.
What You Bring
3+ years of professional experience designing AND developing websites using Webflow and WordPress.
A strong portfolio showcasing web design, UX / UI work, prototypes, and completed builds.
Proficiency in wireframing tools and design platforms (Figma, XD, Sketch, etc.).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
Experience with site performance optimization and SEO-friendly design practices.
Ability to work effectively within a fully remote team.
Strong communication skills—you can articulate design decisions clearly.
Close attention to detail and a passion for creating elevated digital experiences.
Bonus Points
Experience with animations or micro-interactions in Webflow.
Familiarity with brand identity or graphic design.
Experience working in fast-paced agency settings.
Work Details
Hours: 9 A.M. – 5 P.M. MST, Monday to Friday
Requires a working level of written and spoken English
