We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of high-complexity projects, implement innovative processes, and lead strategic initiatives. The role involves developing detailed project plans, monitoring progress, managing risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of high-complexity projects.
- Implement the company's new innovation process.
- Organize and maintain project routines.
- Lead strategic projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate with multifunctional teams for resource allocation.
- Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
- Ensure all projects align with strategic company goals.
- Manage innovation processes, promoting new ideas and technologies to improve processes and products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience as a Portfolio & Project Manager.
- Certifications such as PMP are a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Fluent in English.
