Are you an experienced Instructional Designer with strong expertise in Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Vyond ?

We’re looking for passionate learning professionals to join our large-scale global learning engagement .

Role Overview

This role involves end-to-end instructional design and development of Virtual Instructor-Led (VILT), Instructor-Led (ILT), and Online Learning (OLT/eLearning) programs. You’ll manage the full lifecycle — from defining learning objectives and outlining content to collaborating with SMEs and delivering high-quality courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
• Create engaging, learner-centric materials using Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond .
• Lead training design discussions and collaborate closely with clients.
• Ensure learning outcomes align with business goals and quality standards.
• Manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, remote, global environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and developing ILTs, VILTs, and OLTs.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond .
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Ability to work independently and align with US business hours .

Desired Experience

• Experience in large-scale global learning engagements.
• Background in scaling teams and managing multiple project phases.
• Minimum 3 years of ID experience .

Engagement Duration: 3 to 18 months (depending on project scope)

⏰ Hours: 40 per week
