What you will do

1. Design and build scalable observability frameworks to improve system monitoring and performance.
2. Develop big data pipelines to process and analyze large-scale datasets efficiently.
3. Integrate AWS APIs for cloud-based data processing and system automation.
4. Optimize cloud resources to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
5. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members (for the Staff Engineer role).
6. Ensure projects meet performance and reliability goals within set timelines.

Must haves

1. 4+ years of experience with Java.
2. Strong experience with Apache Flink for stream processing.
3. Proficiency in working with AWS APIs and cloud integrations.
4. Solid understanding of cloud resource optimization and observability principles.
5. Proven experience in technical leadership.

Nice to haves

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
