Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of LoKation Sphere software, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Optimize existing code, implement bug fixes, and drive performance improvements across the full stack.
• Develop and maintain unit, integration, and performance testing strategies.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to enhance team efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership to align product strategy with business goals and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate and propose new technologies to enhance development processes and product capabilities.

Must Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 3+ years of experience in Full Stack web development with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, CSS, React, TypeScript, and PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and Agile methodologies (JIRA preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and software development lifecycle tools.

Nice to Haves

• Node.js experience.
• Strong familiarity with WordPress website development.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and support knowledge sharing and peer reviews.
