Your Impact

You will be based in Salvador, Bahia, as part of our Brazil assistants team, working closely with consultants and internal departments at all levels of the organization.

As a Junior Assistant supporting the service line platform, your work is essential in enabling consultants to operate efficiently and effectively. By managing the scheduling and rescheduling of meetings, you ensure seamless alignment of calendars at the start of new engagements, fostering collaboration and clarity for both clients and teams. Your efforts streamline critical touchpoints, enhance communication, allowing consultants to focus on delivering exceptional outcomes.

As a Junior Assistant you will:

  • Organize complex meetings scheduling across multiple time zones; partner with consultants to leverage time effectively
  • Produce well-organized, accurate and on time deliverables
  • Adopt use of current tools and operational model and leverage use of new tech/solutions
  • Work with peer assistants in a collaborative team environment, liaising and building strong relationships quickly with internal teams, firm members and external clients
  • Maintain strong verbal and written communications and confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Monitor the queue and distribute request observing the established criteria and ensure compliance with the proposed deadline
  • Keep the Data Optimization Dashboard updated and help build service metrics
  • Test new use-cases, solutions and service set-ups as per Service Lead/Team Leader
  • Work collaboratively with other Assistants and Team Leaders to ensure backup coverage

Your qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Corporate and/or professional services experience
  • Solid knowledge of Windows and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent organization capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
  • High attention to details and accuracy
  • Initiative; showing a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Proven examples of teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines with excellent time management and a real instinct for prioritization
  • Able to work expertly and effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
  • Embodies a positive attitude; able to establish relationships both with local colleagues and those working in other offices
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Portuguese, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels
