Serve as atrusted SME, advising on automation, security, and cloud strategy. Collaborate with executives and technical stakeholders to align cloud solutions to business outcomes. Lead end‐to‐end design across compute, storage, networking, and automation layers. Work hands-on withvSphere, vSAN, NSX, vRealize Suite, vRA, and vRO. Mentor consultants and architects while setting the standard for technical excellence. Deliver advanced workshops, thought leadership, and support pre-sales engagements. Ensure successful, on-time delivery of large transformation programs.Requirements and QualificationsDeep expertise inVCF 5.2 architecture, deployment, and operations. Proven experienceAzurecloud implementations. Strong command of modern VMware technologies and automation frameworks. Ability to design complex, resilient infrastructure aligned to business needs. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences. Advanced English. Bonus SkillsVMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, VCDX). Experience withDevOps, CI/CD, IaC, and cloud-native architectures. Familiarity withKubernetes, Docker, and cloud modernization strategies.
