Lawyer – Salvador – Apilex

Requisito:

Apilex is looking for Brazil-focused legal professionals to help localize Apilex to Brazilian Law by identifying the right legal data sources, defining country requirements, and executing the operational work needed for a successful market launch.

What you’ll do:

Identify and define Brazil-specific legal data requirements needed to make the product compliant and market-ready
Map Brazilian legal workflows into structured, product-ready logic
Specify “what the product needs to know” for Brazil: terminology, document standards, references, edge cases, validation rules
Coordinate country operations required for launch (data sourcing, vendor/legal coordination, process setup, documentation)
Evaluate and improve AI outputs for Brazil with clear feedback loops
Work closely with Product/Engineering
Support escalations when needed (edge cases, quality issues, domain validation)

What we’re looking for:

2+ years experience in legal practice, in-house legal, or legal operations with strong product/tech interest
Strong knowledge of Brazilian Law
Ability to identify and structure country requirements into clear, actionable specs for engineering teams
Comfortable working iteratively and documenting decisions and standards
Professional English for internal collaboration

Nice to have:

Experience with legal tech tools, CLM workflows, or knowledge management
Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling, prompt design, and evaluation methods
Background in compliance, procurement contracts, or regulated industries
Experience working with law firms or enterprise legal departments
Build and maintain high-quality Brazil legal content: playbooks, clause libraries, standard templates, QA guidelines
