The Opportunity
The Marketing Operations /Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working with the Digital Marketing Manager to execute and optimise digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, audience engagement, and lead generation. This role involves managing website updates, executing campaigns, supporting webinar and email marketing efforts, and maintaining database integrity. Working closely with the content, design, and broader marketing teams, the coordinator ensures seamless marketing execution, brand consistency, and campaign effectiveness across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Support Marketing Operations Manager and wider team in creation and publish new webpages using existing templates in coordination with the content and design teams.
- Support Marketing Operations Manager in SEO best practices for on-page optimisation.
- Webinar and event website collateral creation in collaboration with content and creative teams.
- Coordinate promotional activities for webinars, including the implementation of email campaigns, landing pages, workflows, website pop-ups
- Manage webinar registrations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Manage Webinar technical setup, coordination and process.
- Track webinar attendance and engagement metrics, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Set up, and execute email campaigns for webinars, events and one-on-one email campaigns using Hubspot CRM.
- Set up and implement email newsletters for customer and prospects with support from content and design team
- Analyse email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, to refine future strategies.
- Maintain and update the sales/marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Perform regular data cleanups, verification, and segmentation to improve targeting effectiveness.
- Work wit the Content team to facilitate outreach and campaigns.
- Support the Content Marketing Manager and wider marketing team in other areas of the business that align with your skillset as required.
Ideal for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3years of experience in digital marketing, marketing ops, website management, or related roles.
- Deep experience with content management systems (CMS) such as HubSpot, WordPress
- Familiarity with advertising and organic engagement strategies.
- Understanding of SEO and AEO principles and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of CRM systems like Hubspot and database management using 3rd party databases.
- Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across marketing assets.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise marketing strategies.
- A proactive and collaborative team player with a problem-solving attitude.
