Your Role
- Collaborate with a small team of experienced engineers on full-stack development, impacting both backend systems and frontend technologies
You Bring
- 4+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of leading complex projects end-to-end.
- Strong backend foundation (Node.js,), with proficiency in modern cloud technologies (AWS or similar).
- Experience implementing secure systems, including best practices for handling sensitive data and integrating identity verification.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Experience building and shipping scalable software
Bonus points
- Experience automating complex processes (e.g., eligibility checks, fraud detection)
- Experience building systems handling large volumes of sensitive data (privacy/security focus)
- Experience integrating identity verification features (facial recognition, document verification)
