What You Will Do

• Front-end design, ensuring user-friendly, responsive, and accessible web pages.
• Enabling scalable and efficient back-end services using Node.js.
• Setting up and maintaining Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.
• Operational core services experience.
• Log analysis and root cause identification to resolve issues quickly.
• Setting up alerts in case of system failures or issues, ensuring quick resolution.
• Profiling and optimizing the platform’s performance, both on the server side and client side.
• Issue-tracking systems for managing and resolving tickets related to platform issues (Jira/ServiceNow).
• Analyze incidents and provide actionable insights for preventing recurrence using Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Must Haves

• 6+ years of experience with React.js for building responsive user interfaces, including performing React upgrades.
• Professional experience with Node.js.
• Previous experience leading teams.
• Familiarity with AWS and Google Cloud for cloud-based infrastructure management.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for environment consistency and scalability.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Familiarity with Jira/ServiceNow and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Nice to Haves

• Knowledge of Java, Golang, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Backstage.
