Following a period of impressive growth, our client is now looking to appoint aProduct Owner – Client Onboarding & Customer Successto play a pivotal role in their next phase.This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection ofproduct, clients, and operations —owning the journey from signed deal through to successful platform adoption.The Opportunity As Product Owner, you'll take the lead in ensuring new clients are seamlessly onboarded and set up for success from day one. Working closely with senior leadership, engineering, and customer success, you'll help clients quickly reach their first live auction and build long-term confidence using the platform. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role where you'll: Guide clients through onboarding and implementation Translate real-world client needs into clear product requirements Support ongoing customer success and operational excellence Play a key role in product testing and continuous improvementWhat You'll Be Doing Owning theend-to-end onboarding journeyfrom sales handover to go-live Acting as a trusted partner to clients, supporting early use and best practice Gathering and definingtechnical and operational requirements Collaborating with engineering to ensure smooth configuration and delivery Testing new features and ensuring releases are client-ready Feeding real client insight back into the product roadmapWhat We're Looking For Experience as aProduct Owner, Product Manager, or SaaS Implementation specialist A strong track record incustomer success, onboarding, or client-facing roles Ability to translate client needs into structured product requirements Comfortable working cross-functionally withtechnical and non-technical teams Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple stakeholders Exposure to B2B SaaS, Agile environments, or platform-based products would be highly advantageous.Why Apply?
