Python & Django Senior Tech Lead at BairesDev

We are looking for a Python & Django Senior Tech Lead to drive the architecture and delivery of high-performing applications. You will lead a team of talented developers, provide strategic direction, and ensure best practices are followed to build scalable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

What You’ll Do:

1. Lead a team of developers, guiding architecture, design, and implementation of web applications using Python and Django.
2. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver new features.
3. Perform code reviews, set coding standards, and foster technical excellence within the team.
4. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
5. Serve as a key technical advisor, assessing and balancing trade-offs in technical decisions.
