ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Middle/Senior Python Developer to build reliable, high-quality software that delivers thoughtful and engaging user experiences. This role plays a key part in shaping integrations and core functionality, with strong ownership from design through delivery. You’ll collaborate in a remote-first environment while applying solid engineering principles, attention to detail, and a quality-driven mindset. It’s an opportunity to grow within an Agile setup that values initiative, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
MUST HAVES
- 5+ years of development experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Docker
- A strong sense of ownership and willingness to overcome every integration with the same level of energy, regardless of the complexity or the end goal
- Experience working in an environment leveraging remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g. GitHub, Slack, JIRA)
- A passion for delightful user experiences
- A deep sense of quality and attention to detail
- Strong software engineering foundation and experience
- Upper-intermediate English level
NICE TO HAVES
- You are passionate about writing clean, modern, maintainable, and highly‑performant code
- You have a proactive ability and a self‑starter attitude to troubleshoot and solve problems
- You have experience working in an Agile environment
- You have strong communication skills with excellent interpersonal effectiveness, in one‑on‑one interactions and presenting to a room
