About the Role:

We are seeking Python Tech Leads to join our Development team and work on various projects with multicultural, distributed teams worldwide. The ideal candidates are proactive, team-oriented programmers passionate about Python, committed to delivering excellent user experiences. This role offers an opportunity to grow within a rapidly expanding company.

Main Activities:

Collaborate with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
Manage time effectively to focus on coding and mentoring junior team members.
Coordinate with the DevOps team for task maintenance.
Make architectural decisions considering business growth and scalability.

Requirements:

Strong practical experience in Python and Django.
Experience with object-oriented programming (desirable).
Background in other programming languages.
Proficiency with XML and relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL).
Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD).
Experience handling large data structures and algorithms.
University degree in systems or related field (a plus).
Advanced proficiency in English.
