Responsibilities

Conduct user audits on the company's risk control platform
Monitor for and promptly respond to any abnormal transaction data, making judgments as necessary
Continually learn about the platform's rules and enhance personal and professional skills
Keep abreast of external competitors' changes in risk control rules and provide suggestions based on current regulations

Requirements

At least 1 year of working experience in risk control/transaction monitoring/customer support
Possess business sensitivity and awareness of risk
Strong psychological quality with effective communication and judgment skills
Strong logical thinking and data collection and analysis abilities
Strict adherence to professional ethics and information security and confidentiality in daily work
Work Schedule: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Brazil Time)
