Salesforce Architect at BairesDev

As a Salesforce Architect specializing in Apex and Visualforce, you'll shape the architectural strategy for Salesforce solutions across the organization. Your expertise will guide the development of scalable, efficient, and effective Salesforce applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Leading a team of developers, you'll set the framework for Salesforce projects, from concept to execution, driving innovation and strategic advantage through Salesforce technology.

What you will do

1. Design scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions, solving business problems with innovative and user-friendly designs.
2. Define and govern Salesforce coding standards, leveraging design patterns and best practices in Apex & Visualforce development.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand evolving business needs and propose architectural solutions that align with strategic goals.
4. Lead the refactoring of existing code to improve performance and usability, ensuring long-term platform health and scalability.
5. Mentor Salesforce developers and tech leads, fostering a culture of excellence in development practices and architectural thinking.

What we are looking for

1. 8+ years of experience with Salesforce Development with Apex.
2. Strong background in software architecture design.
3. Strong understanding of system security.
4. In-depth knowledge of memory management and performance optimization.
5. Experience in designing and integrating distributed and scalable solutions, particularly in cloud environments.
6. Skilled in relational and non-relational databases.
7. Ability to choose between different architectures/technologies, understanding the pros and cons of each.
8. Expert in managing CI/CD pipelines.
9. Advanced level of English.
