About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to architect, deploy, and maintain mission-critical infrastructure for our Tether Data Division. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise, a security-first mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.
The candidate should demonstrate:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience managing systems with 99.99% uptime
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Proven incident management experience
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Security, threat detection, and mitigation expertise
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability infrastructure
- Manage deployments and updates
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident response systems
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize performance
- Conduct security audits and implement hardening measures
- Mentor junior team members
Required experience includes:
- 5+ years of Linux systems administration
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
- Container orchestration (Docker/Podman)
- GPU container management
- Security practices and infrastructure hardening
- NodeJS deployment and scaling
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub CI)
- Version control (Git)
- Usage of FIDO2 and Yubikeys for server security
