Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills both in Portuguese and English. Spanish is a strong plus.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Energy or Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 3+ years' of experience in energy sector.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to track contract and project requirements for multiple projects in diverse areas.
• Ownership, autonomy, and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers.
• Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers.
• Support market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects.
• Support the sales team with technical and strategic input during negotiations and project closure.
• Evaluate technical requirements and propose viable, competitive solutions in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and stakeholders, presenting technical and commercial proposals effectively.
• Collaborate with teams in Brazil and China across multiple technical Business Units.
