Supervisor Comercial – Salvador

Solid knowledge of the market, trends affecting clients, and sales techniques. Ability to ask questions to effectively understand the explicit needs and concerns of clients.

Principais atividades:

1. Supervise and monitor the execution of the routines in the area;
2. Engage in visits and meetings with prospects and clients to support the commercial team members;
3. Present a monthly action plan to achieve the expected results of supervision;
4. Monitor trend indicators and results and take action to meet targets;
5. Promote the sale of products through the commercial team or other channels;
6. Develop and deliver training for the team related to commercial activities;
