Technical skills required: Experience in People Management, category B driver's license, experience in executing and managing Building Maintenance activities, and proficiency in Office package.

Desirable technical skills: Knowledge in process management and basic understanding of Occupational Safety.

Education: Technician in Mechanical and Electromechanical fields.

Job responsibilities:

1. Monitoring and supervising works at the Units and new Units of the company's expansion;
2. Diagnosing maintenance issues at the Units through monthly visits;
3. Conducting inspections to ensure proper infrastructure conditions;
4. Planning repair and preventive/corrective maintenance actions, guiding the team, and supporting management in prioritization to ensure operational standards;
5. Monitoring service quality through cause analysis and action plans to promote continuous improvements in equipment and facilities;
6. Overseeing contracted services, evaluating quality and adherence to schedules, and certifying completion, including pest control, reservoir cleaning, air conditioning, generators, cold chambers, elevating platforms, chillers, among others;
7. Managing and controlling Non-Conformance Records;
8. Managing and developing the operations team.

Additional roles include Supervisor of Operations at the Terminal in Salvador and operational supervision across Salvador, Camaçari, and Simões Filho, Bahia.
