About the Role

As a Supervisor de Torre de Controle, you will manage and govern the operational SLAs of E-commerce operations, inventory, visibility projects, dashboards, and lead the Torre de Controle team.

Responsibilities

Lead the Torre de Controle team for E-commerce operations.
Optimize volume planning and headcount capacity on a monthly basis.
Governance and action plan for contract SLAs, implementing cause analysis methodologies and structured action plans.
Control and structure the inventory control tower area.
Governance of allowances and development of action plans to mitigate losses and damages.
Implement process improvement projects focusing on cost reduction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or Logistics.
Previous experience with Logistic Contracts/Control Tower operations.
Experience in planning management and SLA governance.
Advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI).
Green Belt certification is a plus.
