Job Description
As a Pleno Safety Technician in Mariana/MG, your responsibilities include:
- Implementing accident prevention programs, occupational disease, and safety initiatives in the workplace, involving employee participation, monitoring, and evaluating outcomes, and suggesting updates.
- Conducting safety inspections, issuing technical reports, and maintaining safety documentation.
- Participating in safety meetings, investigating accidents and incidents, managing PPE and safety reports, conducting safety approaches, inspections, and risk analyses at work sites.
- Training employees and third parties on safety concepts, and developing procedures.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience, preferably in heavy civil construction companies.
- Technical Safety Engineering course.
- Good interpersonal skills and team collaboration.
