Role Overview
Produce high-quality 30–60 second short-form videos for Tik Tok and Instagram, promoting consumer-focused mobile applications to global audiences.
Translate creative briefs into compelling, performance-oriented content while also bringing fresh, original ideas to the table.
Develop powerful hooks, relatable scenarios, and innovative use cases that capture attention within the first seconds.
Continuously research trends, viral formats, and competitor strategies to keep content relevant and competitive.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to align content with growth goals, campaign strategy, and performance metrics.
Share learnings and creative suggestions that help improve overall content strategy, engagement rates, and conversion performance.
Candidate Profile
Strong interest in Tik Tok, Instagram Reels, and short-form content ecosystems.
Ability to create engaging, high-retention videos that align with platform trends (portfolio or sample work is highly preferred).
Strong creative instinct with the ability to turn everyday concepts into attention-grabbing content.
Confidence on camera — or strong storytelling ability without appearing on camera.
Understanding of audience behavior, content psychology, and the importance of the first 3 seconds.
Self-driven and organized, capable of managing freelance deliverables independently.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment.
English proficiency is a plus, as content targets an international audience.

Per-Video Payment Model: You'll receive compensation for each completed and approved video, with ongoing project opportunities based on performance
