Requirements:

1. High school diploma (Nível Médio Completo).
2. Experience in sales, preferably in refrigeration products.
3. Good communication skills, empathy, and active listening.
4. Negotiation skills and teamwork.
5. Proactivity and mastery of sales techniques.
